Pricing questions
Does paying move me up in search or tier?
No. Rankings and verification tiers reflect evidence depth, recency, and profile completeness. Membership changes visibility features (such as featured placement) and your access to dashboard tools — not how you rank against other listings.
Can I start free and upgrade later?
Yes. You can apply for a free listing first and add Verified Pro or another paid plan when you are ready. Your verification tier still depends on what we can validate, not on your plan.
How do I become a paying member?
Use Get verified to submit your application. After we approve your listing fit, you can create a provider account and complete membership in the dashboard when checkout is enabled. Until then, applying is the right first step.
Can I cancel?
Yes. When billing is connected to your account, you can cancel from your dashboard. Your listing can remain on the free model according to your plan terms; featured and paid-only features end as described at cancellation.
What is the 48-hour guarantee?
It applies to verification accuracy for eligible Tier 2+ claims — see How we verify for the full methodology. It is unrelated to payment: paying does not change how fast your tier is evaluated.
